Botanical name: Eucalyptus globulus

Origin: China, Australia, South Africa.

Color & Consistency: A thin, clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid.

Usage Instructions & Dilutions:

• As a diffuser oil, dilute 4-8 drops
• As a bath, dilute 8-10 drops
• As a Humidifier oil, dilute 8 drops into 475ml of water
• As a rub, dilute 3-5 drops in a teaspoon or 15 ml carrier oil/cream/ lotion.
•  As inhalation, breathe directly from the bottle, but avoid touching your nose or mouth.

Strength of Aroma: A top note with a strong aroma, Eucalyptus Globulus has an herbaceous scent with soft woody undertones.

Blends well with: Basil, Cajeput, Cedarwood, Citronella, Lavender, Lemon, Myrtle, Spearmint and Tea Tree

Product knowledge:  Eucalyptus Globulus is also known as Blue Gum. It’s an evergreen tree commonly found in Australia, which grows from 30 to 55m tall with long narrow bluish-green leaves and white-yellow flowers. Eucalyptus leaves are the favourite food of Koalas and have been used as traditional medicine by the aboriginal peoples of Australia. It has slowly evolved toward the production of essential oils.

Storage: Keep in a cool dark area. Place in a dark glass bottle to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.

Precautions: Flammable liquid and vapor. May be harmful if swallowed. Do not apply if expose direct to the sunlight.

First Aid Measures:

Eye contact: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes or rinse with vegetable oil

Skin contact: Wash skin with soap and water

Inhalation: Move to fresh air

Ingestions: Clean mouth with water and after wards drink plenty of water. Seek urgent medical attention and contact a Poison Control Center. If symptoms worsen consult a licensed medical practitioner.

Cautions: Dilute very well before use. Keep out of reach of children, with pre- existing health condition, pregnant and lactating mother seek advise by a licensed medical practitioner prior to use, for external use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted direct to your skin. Contact with eyes and mucous membrane should avoided. This is considered toxic if taken internally.
