Usage Instructions & Dilutions:
- As a diffuser oil, dilute 4-8 drops
- As a bath, dilute 8-10 drops
- As a Humidifier oil, dilute 8 drops
- As a rub, dilute 3-5 drops in a teaspoon or 15 ml carrier oil/cream/ lotion.
- As inhalation, breathe directly from the bottle, but avoid touching your nose or mouth.
